Back to School Blessings during Worship is a day we recognize everyone going back to school and ask everyone who is returning to school to come forward where we can recognize them and pray for them. 

We are so blessed to have an amazing group right here at The Chastain School at St John, we want a chance to show them how much they mean to us.  That morning, everyone returning to school is invited to join us for breakfast in the Fellowship Hall beginning at 9:30 am.

During Worship, everyone will receive a bag tag with our new verse for the year so we can carry around God's promise everywhere we go. 
Last year's verse was from Hebrews 10:24 reminding us that we when we "considered how we may spur one another on to love and good deeds" and we made a difference!  When we carry God's Word around with us wherever we go, we learn to rely on those promises. This year's verse helps us when.....well, you will have to join us to find out!
