The Chastain School at St John staff members are professional, loving, and committed to excellence.

Each staff member strives to maintain open communication and to work closely with parents to link the home and preschool experiences.  Our low teacher to child ration provides the opportunity for individualized attention and independent learning for the children in our care.  All staff members regularly attend professional training workshops and are trained in CPR and First Aid.

The Chastain School staff strives for excellence in everything we do, mindful that the time we have with children shapes their future success.

Our bright classrooms, community spaces, and outdoor play area provide multiple venues for learning while playing.  Manipulatives, books, music, movement, science, are and outdoor time are integrated into the daily schedule.  Our curriculum provides age appropriate activities and our low teacher/child ratio allows individualized attention for each child's developmental needs.
